1. Introduction

Bloom Code Studio ("we", "us", or "our") develops and publishes mobile applications, including educational, productivity, and utility applications distributed through platforms such as Google Play.

This Privacy Policy explains how we access, collect, use, store, disclose, and protect information when you use a mobile application published by Bloom Code Studio (each an "App").

This policy is intended to apply globally to our Apps, subject to applicable local privacy and data protection laws.

Different Apps have different features, permissions, software packages, integrations, and services. Not every category of information or third-party service described in this policy applies to every App. The information processed depends on the particular App, its configuration, the features you use, your device, and the choices you make.

Please review this policy together with any additional privacy notice or consent request displayed within the App.

2. Who Is Responsible for Your Information?

Bloom Code Studio is the developer and publisher responsible for the Apps covered by this policy.

For privacy questions, requests, or complaints, contact:

Email: muhammadsaadbloom@gmail.com
Website: https://bloomcodestudio.blogspot.com/

Where applicable data protection law requires a controller or responsible entity to be identified, Bloom Code Studio acts as the responsible publisher for the processing activities it determines. Third-party providers may separately act as independent controllers or processors under their own terms and privacy policies.

3. Information We May Collect or Process

Depending on the App and the features you use, we may process the following categories of information.

3.1 Information You Provide

This may include:

  • Questions, prompts, text, or other content you submit to App features.

  • Feedback, bug reports, and support messages.

  • Information submitted through forms or interactive tools.

  • Account information, if an App supports account registration.

  • Information you voluntarily provide when requesting assistance.

Please do not submit passwords, payment card details, government identification numbers, or sensitive personal information unless a specific feature expressly requires it and provides appropriate instructions.

3.2 Device and Technical Information

An App or its integrated services may process technical information such as:

  • Device model and manufacturer.

  • Operating system and version.

  • App version and configuration.

  • Language and general device settings.

  • Network and connectivity status.

  • Device or advertising identifiers, where available and permitted.

  • App installation or instance identifiers.

  • Technical logs and diagnostic information.

This information may be processed to provide functionality, maintain compatibility, protect services, measure performance, and troubleshoot problems.

3.3 App Activity and Usage Information

Depending on the analytics and diagnostic services integrated into an App, information may include:

  • App launches and sessions.

  • Screens or features accessed.

  • Interactions with App functionality.

  • General usage events.

  • Performance information.

  • Crash reports and error events.

3.4 Information Stored on Your Device

Some Apps store information locally to provide features such as:

  • Bookmarks and saved items.

  • Study progress and learning history.

  • Flashcards, notes, quizzes, and preferences.

  • Downloaded or cached content.

  • Offline functionality.

  • Notification and reminder settings.

Local information may be stored using technologies such as Hive, SQLite, SharedPreferences, secure storage, or similar device-storage systems.

Information stored only on your device is generally under your device's control. Clearing App data or uninstalling the App may remove locally stored information, subject to your device's backup settings and any synchronization features.

3.5 User-Selected Images, Files, or Other Content

Some Apps may allow you to select images, documents, or other files using your device's file or media picker.

Access is limited to the functionality and permissions provided by the operating system and the App. Whether selected content is uploaded to a server depends on the particular feature.

We do not assume that selecting a file means it is automatically uploaded or shared.

3.6 Advertising Information

Some Apps may display advertisements through Google AdMob or other advertising and mediation providers.

Depending on the App, advertising configuration, consent status, device settings, and applicable law, advertising providers may process:

  • Advertising identifiers.

  • Device and app information.

  • IP address and general network information.

  • Advertising interactions and impressions.

  • Diagnostic and fraud-prevention information.

  • Information used to deliver, measure, or personalize advertising.

Advertising may be personalized or non-personalized depending on the applicable configuration, user choices, and legal requirements.

Advertising partners and mediation providers may process information under their own privacy policies.

3.7 Purchase and Subscription Information

Some Apps may offer in-app purchases, subscriptions, or paid features.

Google Play, RevenueCat, or another purchase-management provider may process information necessary to complete transactions and manage subscription entitlements.

Depending on the integration, we may receive information such as:

  • Purchase or transaction identifiers.

  • Product or subscription selected.

  • Subscription status and renewal information.

  • Entitlement status.

  • Purchase validation information.

We do not intend to collect or store your complete payment card number or payment security code through our Apps. Payment information is handled by the relevant payment platform or provider.

3.8 Push Notifications

Some Apps may offer push notifications, reminders, or other notification features.

Where Firebase Cloud Messaging or another notification service is integrated, the service may process a device or app-instance registration token and technical information required to deliver notifications.

You can manage notification permissions through your device settings. Disabling notifications may affect related features.

3.9 AI-Powered Features

Some Apps may provide AI-powered functionality, such as an AI tutor, AI quiz generator, study assistant, content explanation tool, or similar feature.

When you use such a feature, the prompts, questions, text, or other content you submit may be transmitted to our backend systems and/or an external AI service provider to generate a response.

Depending on the implementation, technical information may also be processed to secure, operate, and troubleshoot the feature.

AI processing is not necessarily available in every App. The applicable AI provider and processing arrangements depend on the feature and its configuration.

Do not submit confidential, financial, medical, authentication, or other sensitive personal information in AI prompts unless the feature specifically requires it and provides appropriate privacy information.

3.10 Information from Third-Party Services

An App may receive limited information from a third-party provider when necessary to provide a feature. Examples include purchase status, subscription entitlements, authentication results, notification status, or API responses.

The information received depends on the services actually integrated into that App.

4. How We Use Information

We may use information, where applicable, to:

  • Provide and operate App functionality.

  • Save preferences, bookmarks, progress, and settings.

  • Provide offline features and synchronize information where supported.

  • Process AI prompts and return generated responses.

  • Display and measure advertisements.

  • Process purchases and manage paid access.

  • Deliver notifications and reminders.

  • Monitor crashes, errors, and performance.

  • Maintain security and prevent abuse, fraud, or unauthorized access.

  • Respond to support requests and feedback.

  • Improve, maintain, and develop our Apps.

  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not intentionally use information for purposes incompatible with the purpose for which it was collected, unless permitted by applicable law or you provide the required consent.

5. Legal Bases for Processing

Where the GDPR, UK GDPR, or similar data protection laws apply, we process personal information only where an appropriate legal basis exists.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include:

Consent: Where you have given permission, such as for certain advertising, analytics, optional permissions, or other features requiring consent.

Performance of a contract: Where processing is necessary to provide a feature, fulfill a purchase, or perform an agreement with you.

Legitimate interests: Where processing is necessary for legitimate purposes such as App security, fraud prevention, service maintenance, or improvement, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights.

Legal obligations: Where processing is required to comply with applicable laws or lawful requests.

Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time through the relevant App settings, device settings, consent controls, or by contacting us, as applicable. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.

6. Third-Party Services and Data Sharing

We may use third-party services to provide, operate, secure, and improve certain App features.

Depending on the App, these services may include:

Provider or servicePotential purpose
Google FirebaseAnalytics, crash reporting, app integrity, notifications, authentication, or cloud services where integrated

The list identifies examples of providers or service categories that may be used in some Apps. It does not mean every provider is active in every App.

We may share or make information available to service providers only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, subject to applicable contractual, technical, and legal safeguards.

We may also disclose information:

  • Where required by applicable law or a valid legal request.

  • To protect users, our rights, systems, or property.

  • To investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents.

  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or transfer of business, subject to applicable law.

Advertising and Privacy Rights

Certain advertising activities, including targeted advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising, may be treated as "sharing" or "selling" under some privacy laws even when no money is paid in exchange for the data.

Where applicable law grants you the right to opt out of such processing, we will provide an appropriate method to exercise that right through available privacy settings, consent controls, or another legally required mechanism.

We do not knowingly sell personal information in exchange for monetary payment. This statement does not replace any applicable opt-out rights relating to advertising or other legally defined sharing.

7. International Data Transfers

Bloom Code Studio Apps may be used in different countries. Some service providers may process or store information on servers located outside your country of residence.

Where applicable data protection law restricts international transfers, we will rely on a legally recognized transfer mechanism or other appropriate safeguard, such as an adequacy decision or approved contractual safeguards, where required.

You may contact us for further information about relevant safeguards, subject to applicable law.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

Retention depends on the type of information, the App, the relevant service provider, and the purpose of processing.

Examples:

  • Local information may remain on your device until you delete it, clear App data, or uninstall the App.

  • Support correspondence may be retained while needed to resolve your request and maintain appropriate records.

  • Diagnostic and analytics information may be retained according to the applicable provider's settings and retention practices.

  • Purchase and transaction records may be retained as required for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, and legal obligations.

  • Information processed by external AI, advertising, hosting, or other providers is also subject to their applicable retention arrangements.

When information is no longer required, we will take reasonable steps to delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it, subject to legal and operational requirements.

9. Account Deletion

Some Apps may provide account registration or account-based services. Other Apps may not have user accounts.

If an App allows you to create an account, you may request deletion through the account deletion option provided within that App or through the applicable account deletion webpage or contact method.

Where account deletion applies, we will take reasonable steps to delete personal information associated with the account, subject to information we are legally required or permitted to retain.

Deleting an account does not necessarily cancel a Google Play subscription. You must manage subscription cancellation separately through the relevant purchase platform.

Uninstalling an App does not automatically delete server-side account information or information held by third-party providers.

10. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your country or region, you may have rights concerning your personal information.

These may include:

  • The right to know whether we process your personal information.

  • The right to request access to your personal information.

  • The right to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.

  • The right to request deletion.

  • The right to restrict certain processing.

  • The right to object to certain processing.

  • The right to receive certain information in a portable format.

  • The right to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.

  • The right to opt out of certain targeted advertising, sale, or sharing activities.

  • The right to appeal certain privacy-request decisions where applicable.

  • The right not to receive unlawful discrimination for exercising privacy rights.

These rights are subject to applicable legal conditions, exceptions, and limitations.

European Economic Area and United Kingdom

Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, as well as the right to withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis.

You may also lodge a complaint with your relevant data protection supervisory authority.

United States

Certain US state privacy laws, including California privacy law, provide rights that may include knowing, accessing, correcting, or deleting personal information and opting out of certain sales, sharing, or targeted advertising activities.

Where applicable, you may exercise these rights through our contact email or the privacy controls made available in the relevant App.

Other Countries

You may have additional or different rights under the privacy laws of your country or region. We will handle requests in accordance with the laws that apply to the relevant processing.

How to Submit a Request

Email: muhammadsaadbloom@gmail.com

Please include:

  • The name of the App concerned.

  • A description of your request.

  • A contact method for our response.

We may request reasonable information to verify your identity or authority before acting on a request. We will not request unnecessary sensitive information.

We aim to respond within the time required by applicable law. Some requests may be refused or limited where a lawful exception applies.

11. Children's Privacy

Our Apps may include educational content, but their intended audiences can differ.

The intended audience of an individual App should be identified in its store listing and applicable in-App notices.

Unless an App is specifically identified as child-directed, it is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children below the applicable minimum age without the required legal authorization.

Where an App is directed to children or is otherwise subject to child-specific privacy laws, additional safeguards may be required. These may include parental notice and verifiable parental consent before collecting certain information, restrictions on advertising and tracking, parental access and deletion rights, and limits on data retention.

For example, the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) may apply to child-directed online services and certain services that knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe that a child has provided personal information inappropriately, contact us at muhammadsaadbloom@gmail.com.

We will review the request and take appropriate action as required by applicable law.

12. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

Depending on the App and service, these measures may include secure communication, access controls, protected storage, platform security features, and service-provider safeguards.

No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. Permissions and Device Controls

An App may request permissions such as internet access, notifications, media access, or other device capabilities when required for its functionality.

Permissions differ between Apps and may be controlled through your device settings.

You can deny or revoke optional permissions, although some features may not work correctly without the permissions they require.

A permission declaration does not necessarily mean that the App accesses the related information continuously or uploads it to a server.

14. Third-Party Websites and Services

Our Apps may link to third-party websites, videos, platforms, or services.

We do not control the privacy practices, content, or security of third-party services that we do not operate. When you use those services, their own privacy policies and terms apply.

We encourage you to review their policies before submitting information to them.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our Apps, technology, service providers, data practices, or legal requirements.

The latest version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.

Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or request consent before implementing material changes.

Your continued use of an App after an updated policy becomes effective does not replace consent where consent is legally required.
